Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 17 July 2026
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of Ultramarathon.shop and the purchase of products through our online store.
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before placing an order. By using this website or submitting an order, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits any mandatory rights available to consumers under applicable European Union or national consumer protection law.
1. ABOUT ULTRAMARATHON.SHOP
Ultramarathon.shop is an online store specializing in endurance nutrition, hydration products, sports equipment, race-day essentials and related products for ultramarathon runners, trail athletes, cyclists, triathletes and endurance athletes.
The website is operated by the business identified on our Legal Notice page.
Complete information concerning the legal identity, registered business address, registration details and official contact details of the operator is available on the Legal Notice page.

2. SCOPE OF THESE TERMS
These Terms and Conditions apply to:
• Visitors using Ultramarathon.shop.
• Consumers purchasing products for personal use.
• Customers creating an account, where this feature is available.
• Race organizers, clubs, teams and business customers, except where separate written commercial terms have been agreed.
Certain provisions, including the statutory right of withdrawal, apply only to consumers and not to customers purchasing primarily for business or professional purposes.
Separate terms may apply to wholesale orders, custom race packs, event partnerships, personalized products and bulk orders.
Where separate written terms have been agreed for a specific commercial order, those terms will take priority in the event of a conflict.
3. ELIGIBILITY TO PLACE AN ORDER
To place an order, you must:
• Be legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
• Provide complete and accurate information.
• Provide a valid delivery address in a country supported by our store.
• Use a valid payment method that you are authorized to use.
• Be at least 18 years old or place the order with the authorization of a parent or legal guardian.
We reserve the right to request additional information where reasonably necessary to verify an order, prevent fraud or comply with legal obligations.
4. PRODUCT INFORMATION
We aim to provide clear and accurate information about the products available through our store.
Product pages may include:
• Product name and brand.
• Description and intended use.
• Available flavours, sizes or variations.
• Ingredients.
• Nutrition information.
• Allergen information.
• Caffeine content where applicable.
• Serving and usage information.
• Storage instructions.
• Warnings.
• Product images.
• Price and availability.
Product information is generally based on information supplied by the manufacturer, distributor or official product label.
Manufacturers may occasionally change product packaging, formulations, ingredients, nutrition information or instructions without immediately changing the appearance of the product listing.
For food, nutrition and hydration products, customers must always read the label and instructions on the product received before consumption.
The information printed on the delivered product and its packaging takes priority where there is a difference between the physical product label and older website information.
Customers with allergies, intolerances, medical conditions, dietary restrictions or sensitivities are responsible for checking the current product label and, where appropriate, consulting a qualified healthcare professional before using a product.
Please contact us before ordering if you require clarification about a particular product.
5. PRODUCT IMAGES
We make reasonable efforts to display product images accurately.
However:
• Product colours may appear differently depending on the screen or device.
• Packaging designs may change.
• Product images may show serving suggestions or accessories that are not included.
• The dimensions of products may not be accurately represented by an image alone.
Product images are provided for general guidance. The product name, description, selected variation and order confirmation determine what is included in the purchase.
6. AVAILABILITY
All products are subject to availability.
Adding a product to the shopping cart does not reserve it.
In rare cases, a product may become unavailable after an order has been submitted due to:
• Inventory errors.
• Simultaneous customer orders.
• Supplier delays.
• Damaged inventory.
• Product recalls.
• Discontinuation by the manufacturer.
• Regulatory or delivery restrictions.
If a product is unavailable, we may:
• Contact you to offer an alternative.
• Remove the unavailable product and refund its value with your agreement.
• Cancel the affected part of the order.
• Cancel the entire order and provide a full refund.
We will not replace a product with a materially different product without your agreement.
7. PRICES
Unless otherwise clearly stated, product prices are displayed in euros.
Prices displayed to consumers include applicable Value Added Tax where required.
Delivery charges and any other applicable charges will be shown before the customer submits an order.
For deliveries outside the European Union, the customer may be responsible for:
• Import duties.
• Customs charges.
• Local taxes.
• Brokerage or customs-clearance fees.
These charges are normally imposed by the destination country and are not controlled by Ultramarathon.shop.
Business quotations may display prices excluding VAT where this is clearly stated.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time. A price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted, except where an obvious pricing error has occurred.
8. PRICING ERRORS
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that prices are accurate.
If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price due to a technical, human or system error, we may contact you before accepting the order.
You may choose to:
• Continue with the order at the correct price.
• Remove the affected product.
• Cancel the order.
If payment has already been collected and the order is cancelled, the amount paid for the cancelled product or order will be refunded.
We will not cancel an accepted order merely because a later promotion offers the same product at a lower price.
9. PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNT CODES
Discount codes and promotional offers:
• Are valid only for the stated period.
• May be limited to certain products, brands, customers, countries or minimum order values.
• May not be combined unless expressly stated.
• Have no cash value.
• Cannot normally be applied retrospectively.
• May be limited to one use per customer.
• May exclude delivery charges.
Race, club and participant discount codes may have additional conditions communicated to the relevant organizer, club or participants.
We may deactivate a promotional code where there is reasonable evidence of misuse, unauthorized publication, fraud or a technical error.
10. PLACING AN ORDER
To place an order, the customer must:
• Select the required products and variations.
• Add the products to the shopping cart.
• Review the quantities and prices.
• Provide billing and delivery information.
• Select an available delivery method.
• Select an available payment method.
• Review the total amount.
• Accept the applicable terms.
• Submit the order with an obligation to pay.
Customers are responsible for checking the order before submission.
After submitting an order, the customer may receive an automated acknowledgement.
An automated acknowledgement confirms that the order request has been received. It does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.
11. ACCEPTANCE OF AN ORDER
A contract is formed when we explicitly accept the order or send confirmation that the products have been dispatched, depending on the checkout and order-processing system used.
We may refuse or cancel an order before acceptance where reasonably necessary, including where:
• A product is unavailable.
• Payment cannot be authorized.
• The delivery address is incomplete or unsupported.
• An obvious pricing or product-description error has occurred.
• The order is suspected to be fraudulent or unauthorized.
• The quantity ordered is unusually high and appears intended for resale.
• Legal or regulatory restrictions prevent the sale or delivery.
• A product recall or safety concern has arisen.
If an order is refused or cancelled after payment has been collected, the relevant payment will be refunded.
12. PAYMENT
Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.
Payment may be processed by third-party payment providers.
Depending on the selected payment method:
• Payment may be collected immediately.
• The amount may initially be authorized and collected later.
• Additional verification may be required.
• The payment provider may decline the transaction.
Customers confirm that they are authorized to use the payment method submitted.
Ultramarathon.shop does not normally receive or store complete payment card numbers or card security codes.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
• A payment provider.
• A bank.
• Card verification.
• Incorrect payment information.
• Security checks.
• Insufficient funds.
An order will not normally be prepared or dispatched until the required payment has been successfully authorized.
13. INVOICES
Customers are responsible for providing correct billing and invoicing details before completing their order.
Where an invoice is requested, the customer may be required to provide:
• Legal or business name.
• Billing address.
• Tax identification or VAT number.
• Country of registration.
• Business activity or other information required by applicable law.
Changes to an invoice after it has been issued may not always be legally or technically possible.
14. DELIVERY COUNTRIES
We deliver only to destinations made available during checkout.
The list of supported countries may change due to:
• Courier availability.
• Product restrictions.
• Customs requirements.
• Food or supplement regulations.
• Transport restrictions.
• Commercial or operational considerations.
The ability to access the website from a country does not automatically mean that delivery is available to that country.
Some products may not be available for delivery to every destination.
15. DELIVERY TIMES
Estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout or provided in the order confirmation where available.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates unless expressly agreed in writing.
Unless another delivery period has been expressly agreed, orders will be delivered without undue delay and within the maximum period required by applicable consumer law.
Delivery may be affected by:
• Weekends and public holidays.
• Weather conditions.
• Courier delays.
• Customs procedures.
• Remote delivery locations.
• Incorrect customer information.
• Strikes or transport disruptions.
• Events outside our reasonable control.
We will provide available tracking information when supported by the selected delivery service.
16. DELIVERY ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, including:
• Recipient name.
• Street and number.
• Postal code.
• City.
• Country.
• Telephone number.
• Any necessary apartment, floor or access details.
We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
If a parcel is returned because:
• The address was incorrect.
• The recipient could not be contacted.
• Delivery was repeatedly refused.
• The parcel was not collected.
• Customs charges were not paid.
we may deduct reasonable delivery, return and handling costs from any refund, where permitted by law.
17. TRANSFER OF RISK
For consumer orders, the risk of accidental loss or damage generally transfers to the customer when the customer, or a third party nominated by the customer, physically receives the products.
Where the customer independently arranges a carrier that was not offered by Ultramarathon.shop, risk may transfer when the products are handed to that carrier, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
18. CHECKING A DELIVERY
Customers should inspect the parcel after delivery.
If a parcel appears visibly damaged, the customer should, where reasonably possible:
• Photograph the outer packaging.
• Record the damage with the courier.
• Keep the packaging and shipping label.
• Contact us promptly.
Customers should also contact us promptly if:
• A product is missing.
• The wrong product was delivered.
• A product arrived damaged.
• A food or nutrition product appears opened or tampered with.
• A product has an unexpectedly short or expired best-before date.
• The quantity differs from the order.
Reporting an issue promptly helps us investigate it, but does not remove any mandatory consumer rights.
19. CANCELLING AN ORDER BEFORE DISPATCH
Customers may contact us to request cancellation before dispatch.
We will make reasonable efforts to cancel the order, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed once preparation, fulfilment or shipment has started.
If an order has already been dispatched, the consumer may need to use the statutory right of withdrawal or the applicable returns process.
Custom, personalized or specially prepared orders may not be cancellable after production or preparation has begun, where permitted by law.
20. CONSUMER RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Consumers purchasing online generally have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 calendar days.
The withdrawal period generally begins on the day after the consumer, or a third party nominated by the consumer other than the carrier, receives the goods.
Where multiple products from one order are delivered separately, the period generally begins after the final product is received.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must inform us of the decision before the withdrawal period expires.
The consumer may do this by:
• Emailing support@ultramarathon.shop.
• Using the model withdrawal form at the end of these Terms.
• Sending another clear statement confirming the decision to withdraw.
The consumer does not have to use the model form.
The communication should include sufficient information to identify the order, such as:
• Customer name.
• Order number.
• Email address used for the order.
• Products being returned.
• Date of receipt.
21. RETURNING PRODUCTS AFTER WITHDRAWAL
After notifying us of withdrawal, the consumer must return the products without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days after communicating the decision to withdraw.
Return instructions and the correct return address will be provided through our Returns & Refunds page or by customer support.
Products should be:
• Securely packaged.
• Returned with all included parts and accessories.
• Protected from damage during transport.
• Accompanied by information identifying the order.
The consumer normally bears the direct cost of returning products unless:
• We have agreed to pay the return cost.
• The product is defective, damaged or incorrect.
• Applicable law requires otherwise.
The customer is responsible for the parcel until it reaches the return destination.
We recommend using a traceable delivery service and keeping proof of shipment.
22. CONDITION OF RETURNED PRODUCTS
Consumers may inspect a product only to the extent reasonably necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and basic functioning, in a similar way to an inspection in a physical store.
The consumer may be responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is reasonably necessary.
Food, nutrition, hydration and hygiene-sensitive products should not be opened, consumed or used if the customer intends to return them under the right of withdrawal.
Products should be returned in their original condition where reasonably possible.
The absence of original packaging does not automatically remove statutory rights, but damage, missing parts or excessive handling may affect the refundable amount where permitted by law.
23. EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The statutory right of withdrawal may not apply to certain products, including:
• Products made to the customer’s specifications.
• Clearly personalized products.
• Products liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
• Sealed products that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons after the seal has been broken.
• Products that, after delivery, have become inseparably mixed with other items.
• Other products excluded by applicable consumer law.
The fact that a product is a food or nutrition product does not automatically mean that every unopened product is excluded from return.
Unopened, shelf-stable products may remain eligible for withdrawal where no legal exception applies.
However, nutrition products, drink mixes, gels, bars, waffles, supplements or similar products may not be accepted under the withdrawal right after being opened or unsealed where they cannot safely be resold for health or hygiene reasons.
This does not affect the customer’s rights where a product is defective, damaged, unsafe, incorrectly supplied or not as described.
24. REFUNDS AFTER WITHDRAWAL
Where a valid withdrawal applies, we will refund payments received for the returned products.
For a withdrawal covering the entire order, the refund will also include the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered for that order.
Additional costs resulting from the customer selecting a more expensive or express delivery method are not normally refundable beyond the cost of standard delivery.
Refunds will normally be made using the original payment method unless another method is expressly agreed.
We may withhold the refund until:
• The returned products have been received, or
• The customer provides acceptable evidence that the products have been returned,
whichever occurs first.
The refund will be processed without undue delay and within the period required by applicable law.
Banks and payment providers may require additional time to display the refund in the customer’s account.
25. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
If a product is damaged, defective, incorrect or does not conform to the order, the customer should contact:
The customer should provide:
• Order number.
• Description of the problem.
• Photographs where useful.
• Photograph of the batch number, expiry date or packaging where relevant.
• Details of any damage to the delivery parcel.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, available solutions may include:
• Replacement.
• Repair, where appropriate.
• Price reduction.
• Refund.
• Another legally available remedy.
Where the problem is confirmed and the product must be returned, reasonable return costs will be covered as required by applicable law.
26. LEGAL GUARANTEE OF CONFORMITY
Consumers benefit from the mandatory legal guarantee of conformity provided by applicable European Union and national law.
Products must:
• Match their description.
• Have the characteristics presented before purchase.
• Be fit for their normal purpose.
• Be supplied with the agreed accessories and instructions.
• Meet the quality and performance reasonably expected from products of the same type.
Commercial manufacturer warranties, where offered, are additional to statutory consumer rights and do not replace them.
Nothing in these Terms limits the legal remedies available for goods that are defective or do not conform to the contract.
27. EXPIRY DATES AND STORAGE
Food, nutrition and hydration products may have a best-before or expiry date.
We aim to supply products with a reasonable remaining shelf life, taking account of the product type, manufacturer supply and disclosed promotions.
Where a product is offered with a specifically reduced price because of a shorter date, this will be clearly stated before purchase.
Customers are responsible for:
• Following the storage instructions on the label.
• Protecting products from heat, moisture or sunlight where instructed.
• Not using a product after an applicable expiry date.
• Checking the packaging before use.
• Not using a product that appears damaged, opened or tampered with.
Incorrect storage after delivery may affect product quality and may prevent the product from qualifying as defective.
28. ALLERGIES AND HEALTH INFORMATION
Products sold through Ultramarathon.shop may contain or be manufactured in facilities handling allergens.
Customers must review the current product label before consumption.
Website descriptions are provided for general product information and do not constitute:
• Medical advice.
• Nutritional diagnosis.
• Treatment advice.
• A guarantee of athletic performance.
• A recommendation suitable for every person.
Customers who are pregnant, breastfeeding, under medical supervision, taking medication or managing a medical condition should consult an appropriate healthcare professional before using products where necessary.
Caffeinated products should be used in accordance with their label warnings and should not be consumed in quantities exceeding the manufacturer’s instructions.
29. ATHLETIC PERFORMANCE
Individual responses to sports nutrition, hydration products and equipment vary.
We do not guarantee that a product will:
• Improve performance.
• Prevent fatigue.
• Prevent gastrointestinal discomfort.
• Prevent dehydration.
• Prevent injury.
• Produce a specific race result.
• Be suitable for every athlete.
Customers are responsible for testing nutrition, hydration strategies and equipment during training before using them in an event.
30. PRODUCT RECALLS AND SAFETY NOTICES
If we become aware of a product recall or material safety issue, we may:
• Stop selling the product.
• Contact affected customers.
• Provide instructions for return, disposal or replacement.
• Issue a refund where appropriate.
• Cooperate with manufacturers, distributors and competent authorities.
Customers should follow any safety notice or recall instruction provided.
31. RACE, CLUB AND BUSINESS ORDERS
Race organizers, clubs, teams and business customers may request:
• Bulk pricing.
• Participant discount codes.
• Aid-station products.
• Race packs.
• Custom product bundles.
• Recurring orders.
• Event-specific delivery arrangements.
A partnership enquiry does not create a binding agreement.
A commercial agreement is formed only after the parties agree on the relevant details, which may include:
• Products and quantities.
• Price and VAT.
• Payment terms.
• Delivery date.
• Delivery destination.
• Branding or customization.
• Cancellation terms.
• Returns.
• Liability and responsibilities.
Consumer withdrawal rights do not normally apply to orders made primarily for business or professional purposes.
Custom, personalized or event-specific orders may be non-refundable once preparation or production has begun, as stated in the applicable quotation or agreement.
32. CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS
Where customer accounts are available, customers are responsible for:
• Providing accurate information.
• Keeping passwords confidential.
• Preventing unauthorized access.
• Informing us promptly of suspected misuse.
We may suspend or close an account where there is reasonable evidence of:
• Fraud.
• Misuse.
• Security risk.
• Repeated payment disputes.
• Breach of these Terms.
• Unlawful activity.
Closing an account does not remove payment obligations or affect rights relating to existing orders.
33. ACCEPTABLE USE OF THE WEBSITE
Users must not:
• Use the website for unlawful purposes.
• Attempt to access restricted systems or accounts.
• Introduce viruses, malicious code or harmful software.
• Interfere with the operation or security of the website.

• Payment providers.
• Courier tracking services.
• Other third-party websites.
Third-party websites operate under their own terms and policies.

We aim to keep the website available and functioning correctly.
However, access may occasionally be interrupted because of:
• Maintenance.
• Updates.
• Hosting issues.

• Internet disruption.
• Events outside our control.
We do not guarantee continuous or error-free access.
We may modify, suspend or discontinue website features where reasonably necessary.

• Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
• Death or personal injury caused by negligence.
• Deliberate misconduct.

We may update these Terms and Conditions to reflect changes to:
• Products and services.
• Website features.
• Payment or delivery providers.
• Business operations.
• Consumer protection requirements.
• Other legal or regulatory obligations.
The version applicable to an order is generally the version in effect when the order was submitted.
Material changes will not retrospectively remove rights from an already accepted consumer order.
The latest version will be published on this page with the date of the most recent update.
41. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
The invalid provision will be interpreted or replaced, where possible, in a way that most closely reflects its lawful purpose.
42. NO WAIVER
If we do not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, this does not mean that we waive the right to enforce it later.
A waiver is effective only where it is expressly provided and legally valid.
43. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and contracts concluded through Ultramarathon.shop are governed by Greek law.
If you are a consumer residing in another European Union or European Economic Area country, this choice of law does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections available under the law of your country of residence.
Nothing in these Terms restricts a consumer’s right to bring a claim before a court that has jurisdiction under applicable law.

Customers should first contact us so that we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the matter.
