Shipping & Delivery
Last updated: 17 July 2026
This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how orders placed through Ultramarathon.shop are processed, dispatched and delivered.
Please review the delivery options, estimated delivery time and shipping cost displayed during checkout before submitting your order.
1. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
Ultramarathon.shop delivers to selected destinations made available during checkout.
The countries and regions to which we deliver may change depending on:
• Courier availability.
• Product restrictions.
• Customs requirements.
• Food and nutrition product regulations.
• Transportation restrictions.
• Commercial and operational considerations.
If a country or delivery address is not available during checkout, we are currently unable to accept an online order for that destination.
Access to our website from a particular country does not automatically mean that delivery is available to that country.
2. PRODUCT AND DESTINATION RESTRICTIONS
Some products may not be available for delivery to every country or region.
Restrictions may apply because of:
• Local food or supplement regulations.
• Product ingredients.
• Labelling requirements.
• Customs rules.
• Import restrictions.
• Courier limitations.
• Weight, size or transportation requirements.
• Manufacturer or distributor restrictions.
Where a product cannot legally or practically be delivered to the selected destination, we may remove it from the order or cancel the affected order and issue the appropriate refund.
We will not knowingly dispatch a product to a destination where its sale or delivery is prohibited.
Customers are responsible for checking any personal or local restrictions that may apply to the purchase, import or use of a product.
3. ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed after successful payment authorization.
Processing includes:
• Confirming the order.
• Checking product availability.
• Preparing and packing the products.
• Producing the necessary order and delivery documents.
• Transferring the parcel to the selected delivery provider.
Orders are normally processed on business days.
Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays observed in Greece.
Orders placed outside business hours, during weekends or on public holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.
During busy periods, promotional campaigns, product launches or major sporting events, processing may take longer than usual.
4. ORDER CONFIRMATION
After placing an order, customers will normally receive an automated order confirmation by email.
The order confirmation will include available information such as:
• Order reference.
• Products ordered.
• Quantities.
• Prices.
• Delivery method.
• Delivery address.
• Total amount paid.
Customers should review this information immediately and contact us if anything appears incorrect.
An automated order acknowledgement does not necessarily confirm that the order has been accepted or dispatched.
5. SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed during checkout before the customer submits an order.
Shipping charges may depend on:
• Delivery country or region.
• Parcel weight and dimensions.
• Order value.
• Delivery method.
• Courier service.
• Remote-area surcharges.
• Additional services selected by the customer.
Customers will be able to review the available delivery methods and applicable charges before completing payment.
No additional optional delivery charge will be added without the customer’s agreement.
6. FREE SHIPPING OFFERS
From time to time, we may offer free shipping for selected:
• Countries.
• Order values.
• Products.
• Promotional periods.
• Race participants.
• Clubs or partner organizations.
Any minimum order value or other condition will be clearly stated.
Unless otherwise specified, the minimum amount required for free shipping is calculated after discounts and before any customs duties, taxes or other external charges.
Free shipping normally applies to the standard delivery method available for the destination.
7. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
Estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout or communicated in the order confirmation where available.
Delivery estimates begin after the order has been processed and dispatched, not necessarily from the moment the order is placed.
Delivery times may depend on:
• Destination country.
• Selected delivery service.
• Courier network.
• Customs clearance.
• Remote delivery location.
• Weather conditions.
• Public holidays.
• Seasonal demand.
• Transport interruptions.
• Events outside our reasonable control.
Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance and are not guaranteed arrival dates unless a specific delivery date has been expressly agreed in writing.
Unless another delivery period has been agreed, consumer orders will be delivered without undue delay and within the maximum period required by applicable law.
8. DISPATCH CONFIRMATION AND TRACKING
Where tracking is available, customers will receive a dispatch confirmation containing a tracking number or tracking link.
Tracking information may take some time to become active after the parcel has been collected.
Customers are responsible for checking tracking updates and following any instructions provided by the delivery company.
Not every delivery service or destination supports full end-to-end tracking.
9. DELIVERY ADDRESS
Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address.
The delivery information should include, where applicable:
• Full recipient name.
• Street name and building number.
• Apartment, floor or access details.
• Postal code.
• City.
• Country.
• Valid telephone number.
• Valid email address.
• Any necessary delivery instructions.
Ultramarathon.shop is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect, incomplete or outdated information submitted by the customer.
10. CHANGING A DELIVERY ADDRESS
Customers who need to change a delivery address should contact us as soon as possible at:
We will make reasonable efforts to update the address before dispatch.
An address change cannot be guaranteed after:
• The order has entered preparation.
• A shipping label has been created.
• The parcel has been transferred to the courier.
• The delivery process has started.
Once a parcel has been dispatched, the customer may need to contact the delivery provider directly.
Any additional cost caused by a customer-requested address change may be charged to the customer where permitted by law.
11. DELIVERY ATTEMPTS
The courier may attempt delivery according to its own procedures.
Depending on the courier and destination, the recipient may receive:
• An email notification.
• A telephone call.
• An SMS message.
• A delivery notice.
• Instructions for arranging another delivery.
• Instructions for collecting the parcel from a service point.
Customers should monitor the tracking information and delivery notifications.
We do not control the exact time of delivery or the number of delivery attempts made by an independent courier.
12. UNDELIVERED OR UNCOLLECTED PARCELS
A parcel may be returned to us where:
• The address is incorrect or incomplete.
• The recipient cannot be contacted.
• Delivery is repeatedly unsuccessful.
• The parcel is refused.
• The parcel is not collected within the courier’s collection period.
• Required customs information is not provided.
• Import duties or customs charges are not paid.
After the parcel is returned, we will contact the customer where possible.
The customer may request:
• Reshipment, subject to payment of any applicable additional delivery costs.
• A refund, subject to any lawful deduction for delivery, return or handling costs caused by the customer.
Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
13. DELAYS
Delivery delays may occur because of:
• Severe weather.
• High seasonal demand.
• Public holidays.
• Strikes.
• Transport disruption.
• Customs procedures.
• Security checks.
• Incorrect delivery information.
• Remote destinations.
• Courier network problems.
• Natural disasters.
• Government measures.
• Events outside our reasonable control.
Where we become aware of a significant delay, we will make reasonable efforts to inform the customer.
If an order is not delivered within the agreed period, or within the period required by applicable consumer law, the customer should contact us and may provide an additional reasonable period for delivery.
If delivery is not completed within that additional period, the consumer may be entitled to cancel the affected order and receive a refund, subject to applicable law.
14. CUSTOMS, IMPORT DUTIES AND LOCAL TAXES
Orders delivered within the European Union are normally not subject to customs import duties when dispatched from Greece.
For destinations outside the European Union, the customer may be required to pay:
• Import duties.
• Customs charges.
• Local taxes.
• VAT collected on import.
• Customs brokerage fees.
• Administrative or handling charges.
These charges are determined by the destination country and are not controlled by Ultramarathon.shop.
Unless expressly stated during checkout, international shipping charges do not include customs duties, import taxes or external clearance fees.
The customer is responsible for complying with the import requirements of the destination country.
If a parcel is refused or returned because customs charges were not paid, reasonable shipping, return and handling expenses may be deducted from the refund where permitted by law.
15. CUSTOMS INFORMATION
For international deliveries, we may be required to provide customs authorities or delivery providers with information including:
• Customer name.
• Delivery address.
• Telephone number.
• Email address.
• Product description.
• Quantity.
• Order value.
• Country of origin.
• Product classification.
• Other information required for customs clearance.
Customers are responsible for providing any additional information requested by the courier or customs authority.
Customs clearance may delay delivery.
16. DELIVERY TO REMOTE AREAS
Some remote, island or difficult-to-access destinations may:
• Require additional delivery time.
• Have limited delivery options.
• Be subject to an additional courier surcharge.
• Require collection from a designated service point.
• Not be supported by every courier.
Any available delivery option and charge will normally be displayed during checkout.
17. SEPARATE SHIPMENTS
An order may occasionally be delivered in more than one parcel because of:
• Product availability.
• Parcel weight or size.
• Packaging requirements.
• Different dispatch locations.
• Delivery provider restrictions.
Where this happens, the customer may receive more than one tracking number.
The customer will not be charged additional shipping costs solely because we decide to divide an accepted order into separate parcels.
18. DAMAGED PARCELS
Customers should inspect the external condition of the parcel upon delivery.
Where a parcel appears damaged, opened or tampered with, the customer should, where reasonably possible:
• Photograph the parcel before opening it.
• Photograph the shipping label.
• Record the damage with the courier.
• Keep the packaging and its contents.
• Contact us promptly.
Please send the following information to support@ultramarathon.shop:
• Order number.
• Description of the damage.
• Photographs of the outer parcel.
• Photographs of the product.
• Photograph of the shipping label.
• Photograph of the batch number or expiry date where relevant.
Customers should not consume a food or nutrition product if its packaging appears opened, damaged or tampered with.
19. MISSING OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
If a parcel contains a missing or incorrect product, contact us promptly at:
Please provide:
• Order number.
• Product received.
• Product missing or expected.
• Photographs of the parcel and its contents.
• Photograph of the shipping label where useful.
We will investigate the issue and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable law.
20. LOST PARCELS
A parcel may be treated as potentially lost where tracking has not updated for an unusual period or the delivery provider confirms that the parcel cannot be located.
Customers should contact us if they believe a parcel has been lost.
We may need to open an investigation with the courier before providing a replacement or refund.
Courier investigations may require additional time.
If the parcel is confirmed as lost, we will offer an appropriate remedy, which may include:
• Reshipment, subject to availability.
• Refund of the affected order.
• Another solution agreed with the customer.
21. TRANSFER OF RISK
For consumer orders, the risk of accidental loss or damage generally transfers to the customer when the customer, or another person nominated by the customer other than the carrier, physically receives the products.
Where the customer independently arranges a delivery provider that was not offered by Ultramarathon.shop, different rules may apply to the transfer of risk, as permitted by law.
22. PRODUCT STORAGE AFTER DELIVERY
Food, nutrition and hydration products should be stored according to the instructions printed on their packaging.
Customers should protect products from:
• Excessive heat.
• Direct sunlight.
• Moisture.
• Freezing temperatures.
• Other conditions prohibited by the manufacturer.
After delivery, the customer is responsible for following the manufacturer’s storage and usage instructions.
A product should not be consumed where its packaging appears damaged, swollen, leaking, opened or otherwise unsafe.
23. RACE, CLUB AND BULK ORDERS
Race organizers, clubs, teams and business customers should contact us early enough to allow time for:
• Product availability checks.
• Preparation of larger quantities.
• Custom bundle assembly.
• Payment processing.
• International transport.
• Event-date delivery planning.
Requested delivery dates for race and bulk orders are not confirmed until they have been accepted in writing.
Separate shipping costs, payment terms and delivery conditions may apply to:
• Bulk orders.
• Aid-station supplies.
• Custom race packs.
• Personalized products.
• Event partnerships.
• Business-to-business orders.
Customers should not assume that an enquiry or quotation guarantees stock availability or delivery by a particular event date.
24. EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.
These may include:
• Natural disasters.
• Severe weather.
• Fire or flood.
• War, terrorism or civil unrest.
• Government action.
• Customs disruption.
• Transport interruption.
• Strikes.
• Public-health restrictions.
• Power or communications failures.
• Cyberattacks.
• Major courier or supplier disruption.
We will take reasonable steps to reduce the impact and communicate with affected customers where appropriate.
Nothing in this section limits mandatory consumer rights.
25. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Shipping-related returns, consumer withdrawals, damaged products, incorrect products and refunds are also governed by our:
• Returns & Refunds Policy.
• Terms & Conditions.
Where there is a conflict, mandatory consumer protection law will apply.
