Näak BOOST™ Gel 30 · Salted Lemon is a fast-acting energy gel designed for endurance athletes training and racing in demanding conditions.

Each gel delivers 30g of carbohydrates and 250mg of sodium, with a 2:1 glucose-to-fructose ratio. It contains twice the sodium of the Neutral version and is designed for hot conditions and athletes with higher sweat and sodium losses.

Its refreshing salted lemon flavour is formulated to provide fast energy while helping reduce flavour fatigue during long or high-intensity endurance efforts.

Recommended Use
Take 1 gel every 30 minutes during high-intensity endurance activity. Näak recommends a general target of approximately 60–90g of carbohydrates per hour for longer or demanding endurance efforts.
