Näak BOOST™ Gel 30 · Peach Tea is a caffeinated energy gel designed for endurance athletes who need fast-acting carbohydrates and increased focus during demanding training sessions and races.

Each gel delivers 30g of carbohydrates and 100mg of caffeine, with a 2:1 glucose-to-fructose ratio for fast energy and steady output. Its mild peach tea flavour and low sweetness are designed to help reduce flavour fatigue during long endurance efforts.

Recommended Use
Näak recommends taking 1 gel every 30 minutes during high-intensity endurance efforts, depending on your carbohydrate and caffeine needs. For endurance efforts longer than 90 minutes, Näak recommends targeting approximately 60–90g of carbohydrates per hour.

Because each gel contains 100mg caffeine, total daily caffeine intake should be considered carefully. Näak states a maximum of 400mg caffeine per 24 hours, equivalent to 4 of these gels.
