Näak BOOST™ Gel 30 · Ice Mint – Courtney Dauwalter Edition is an energy gel designed for endurance athletes who need fast carbohydrates while dealing with heat, high intensity and flavour fatigue.

Each gel delivers 30g of carbohydrates, a 2:1 glucose-to-fructose ratio and 0.05% menthol. The Ice Mint flavour is designed to refresh the palate and create a sensory cooling effect that can help lower perceived heat during demanding endurance efforts.

Its jelly texture is designed to be easy to swallow at high intensity, making it particularly useful during long training sessions, hot-weather racing and the later stages of endurance events when sweet flavours can become difficult to tolerate.

Recommended Use
Take 1 gel every 30 minutes during activity. For longer endurance efforts, the European Näak page recommends a target of approximately 60–90g of carbohydrates per hour, depending on intensity and tolerance.
